Provision of Refreshments During History By Night Tours at Lahore Fort

The Punjab Walled Cities and Heritage Areas Authority (PWCA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids/tenders from reputed, experienced and eligible Catering Firms for the provision, supply and serving of refreshments during History by Night (HBN) Tours at Lahore Fort for a period of nine (09) months, from October 2026 to June 2027. The selected catering firm shall be responsible for the preparation, packing, transportation and serving of fresh, hygienic and good-quality refreshments to HBN Tour participants as per the requirements and schedule of PWCA. Items being procured: - 01 Hot Tea / Juice per participant - 01 Cake per participant - 01 Sandwich per participant - 02 Cream Puffs per participant - 02 Ketchup Sachets per participant - 01 Disposable Cup per participant - 01 Packing Box per participant - 01 Tissue Paper per participant Estimated attendance includes 1,200 participants per week, 4,800 participants per month, totaling approximately 43,200 participants over the 9-month period. Actual quantity will be determined per site attendance. The technical scope includes fresh and hygienic catering services with adequate facilities and trained staff to meet the minimum 3 years relevant catering experience. Eligibility criteria require legally registered and established entities in Pakistan with valid Registration Certificate, NTN & PRA Registration, active taxpayer status, valid food business/catering license, and no blacklisting by any government department or public organization. Bidders must submit bids clearly marked 'TENDER FOR PROVISION OF REFRESHMENTS DURING HISTORY BY NIGHT TOURS AT LAHORE FORT' through the Punjab Government E-Procurement System (e-PADS). The bid document must be uploaded on e-PADS on or before 03-10-2026 by 11:00 AM. The tender closing date is 20th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day.
