Provision of Night / Light Refreshment for ATC / ANS Officers / Officials at JIAP Karachi for Two Years

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Jinnah International Airport Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of night and light refreshments for ATC and ANS officers and officials at JIAP Karachi for a period of two years. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reserved funds allocated for this purpose. Items being procured: - Night / Light Refreshment for ATC / ANS Officers / Officials The scope includes supplying refreshments during night shifts to ensure the comfort and efficiency of air traffic control and related staff. Bidders must comply with the specifications and terms detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS v2.0 portal. Eligibility criteria include registration on EPADS v2.0, submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. For any grievances, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been notified as per Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
