Provision of Security Services for Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Liaquatpur

Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Liaquatpur District Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed E-Bids according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound tax registered firms for the provision of security services and security guards for the Centre and Centre bus security for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Security Services - Security Guards for Centre - Centre Bus Security The contract requires firms to provide round-the-clock (24/7) security services according to laid down terms and conditions. Firms must ensure provision of security personnel on duty as per contract requirements and clearly mention rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. The paid slip must be attached with tender documents as proof of payment. Manually submitted CDRs and performance guarantees will not be accepted. Successful bidders must also deposit a performance guarantee equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost through the same banking app method at the time of contract award. Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) before the closing date and time. Tender forms must be submitted without overwriting or cutting. Incomplete or unsigned tenders will be rejected. Bids received after the deadline or without proper bid security will not be considered.
