Provision of Security Guards for Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Sadiq Abad

The Govt Secondary Special Education Centre Sadiq Abad invites bids for the provision of security guards to ensure the safety and security of students, staff, buses, and the building premises. This procurement is specifically for security services at the Sadiq Abad centre in Punjab. The firm must ensure the security services cover the entire contract period and comply with laid down terms and conditions. The monthly rate per security guard should cover 12-hour shifts inclusive of all applicable taxes. The firm must also ensure the minimum salary rate fixed by the Government of Punjab is met. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 3 years experience providing security services to government departments, registration with FBR and ATL, and no blacklisting or debarment from PPRA or the Special Education Department of Punjab. A bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 37,500 must be submitted via CDR online against PSID generated with the technical bid. The original CDR with affidavit must be delivered by hand or reliable post before tender opening. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and PPRA websites before the deadline of 04-November-2026 at 10:00 AM. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 10:30 AM. Successful bidders will also be required to deposit a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price online against PSID before issuance of the service provision order.
