Provision of Security Services at Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board Sites

Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB) invites sealed tenders from registered EPADS (PPRA) contractors/firms for the provision of Security Services at LES Farm Khizerabad, Head Office Lahore, and other designated sites of PLDDB. Items being procured: - Armed Security Guards (08 Nos) - Unarmed Security Guards (05 Nos) - Security Supervisor (01 Nos) The scope includes provision of trained, uniformed, and licensed security guards (armed/unarmed) along with supervisory staff for protection of PLDDB assets, livestock, machinery, stores, and premises on a 24/7 basis. The contract requires firms to ensure continuous security coverage at multiple sites including the main farm and head office. Bidders must be registered with EPADS and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. Original CDR must be submitted half an hour before bid opening. The tender submission deadline is up to 11:00 am on October 03, 2026, via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPS).
