Hiring of Security Services and Allied Matters on Rental Basis for Financial Year 2026-27 by Deputy Commissioner Jhang

The firms must have relevant experience in installation of CCTV cameras, walk-through gates, shuttering for plugging of streets, and provision of private vehicles and allied security services on a rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - CCTV Cameras along with the establishment of Control Room with A+ Online Coverage and power backup (60 to 500 units, rental basis) - PTZ Cameras with A+ Online Coverage and power backup (4 to 12 units, rental basis) - Walk Through Gates (18 Zone A+ Category, 4 to 25 units, rental basis) - Movie Cameras (HD with at least 8 hours power backup, 2 to 4 units, rental basis) - Drone Cameras (with at least 8 hours power backup, 2 to 8 units, rental basis) - Shuttering for Plugging of Streets for procession routes and events (installation required) - Barbed Wire (5 to 50 rolls, purchase basis) - Transport vehicles on rental basis including Hi Roof 1TR (AC), Hi-Ace, Hyundai/Shenzore Dala, Toyota XLI/GLI, Non-AC Bus 72 Seater, AC Bus 72 Seater, Mazda 18 Feet, Mazda 22 Feet The technical scope includes installation and provision of CCTV cameras and DVRs provided by the District Administration Jhang, along with allied accessories including hard drives for backup. The services cover security arrangements for major events such as Christmas and New Year 2026-27, Easter & Good Friday 2027, Ramzan Sharif 2027, Eid-Ul-Fitar 2027, Eid-Ul-Azha 2027, Moharram-Ul-Haram 2027, 10-Hart 2027, local government elections if announced, and any other similar events during the financial year 2026-27.
