Provision of Umrah Services for 20 Persons by National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation Haripur

The National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) Haripur invites sealed bids from reputable, experienced, and licensed Umrah Tour Operators and Travel Agencies for the provision of Umrah Services specifically for 20 persons. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Umrah Services for 20 persons Bidders must submit their bids in the Tender Box placed near the entrance of NRTC. The bidding document costs Rs 5000 (non-refundable) and must be collected from the undersigned during working days. The price quoted should clearly mention inclusive and exclusive taxes separately. The service provider must be registered with FBR and hold an active tax payer status; otherwise, the bid will be treated as cancelled. A bid security of Rs 200,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NRTC Haripur must be attached in a separate envelope; bids without this will not be entertained. All bids must be complete as per tender documents and include a properly filled checklist. Evaluation will be based on the criteria specified in the bidding documents. Prices must be quoted in PKR. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. NRTC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
