Provision of Uniform Items for Special Students for Financial Year 2026-27

Govt. Special Education Centre 18-Hazari (Jhang) invites E-Bids under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) from FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the provision of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Uniform items for special students The procurement is for supplying uniform items tailored for special students enrolled at the centre. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 100,000) is required and must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. The successful bidder will furnish a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a formal contract before supply order issuance. The e-bid submission deadline is 11th November 2026 till 10:00 am, with bid opening at 10:30 am the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. All rates quoted must be inclusive of applicable taxes and in Pakistani Rupees. Bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions available on the Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA websites.
