Sindh Government 100 Bedded Hospital PIB Colony Karachi invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR or SRB for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows Rule 46(1) under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit separate envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' in bold letters to avoid confusion. Items being procured: - Dietary Articles - Miscellaneous Items - Uniforms & Protective Clothing - Medical & Laboratory Equipments - Specific Consumables - Generic Consumables - Life Saving Medical Supplies - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture The scope includes supply of medical and laboratory equipment, protective clothing, consumables, dietary articles, and repair services for transport, machinery, and furniture at the hospital site in Karachi. Bidders must be registered on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List and comply with the technical and financial bid requirements. A bid security of 5% of the bid price is mandatory, along with tender fees as specified per item category. The last date for submission of bids electronically via EPADS is 22-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 12:00 noon at the office of the Medical Superintendent. Manual bids will not be accepted. In case of public holidays or unavoidable circumstances, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time.
