Provision of Uniform Items for Special Students Winter and Summer Season

The Government Special Education Centre located in Narang Mandi, Sheikhupura, invites E-Bids from Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for the provision of uniform items specifically designed for special students for the winter and summer seasons of the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supplying quality uniform kits to support the educational environment for these students. Items being procured: - Uniform kit for Winter (Lot No. 01) with an estimated cost of Rs. 8,00,000/- - Uniform kit for Summer (Lot No. 02) with an estimated cost of Rs. 12,00,000/- The procurement will be conducted through an electronic bidding process (E-Bid) on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit their bids through the EP system, but original hard copies of the Bid Security CDR must be submitted before the bid submission closing time. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 40,000/- in total. The bidding procedure will follow a single stage two envelope system. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement prior to the issuance of the supply order. All quoted rates should be inclusive of applicable taxes and in Pakistani Rupees. The bid validity period is six months from the date of bid evaluation report publication. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals according to the evaluation criteria without providing justification. The deadline for E-Bid submission is 19th October 2026 at 10:00 am, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 10:30 am.
