Purchase of Miscellaneous Household Items (Bedding, Stationeries & Toiletries) for National Defence University Islamabad

National Defence University Islamabad invites sealed tenders from well-reputed and GHQ approved GST registered firms (General Orders Suppliers) for the purchase of miscellaneous household items including Bedding, Stationeries, and Toiletries for the financial year 2026/27. Items being procured: - Bedding - Stationeries - Toiletries Items The tender requires vendors to provide rates for all types of items; incomplete bids will not be entertained. Tender fee of Rs. 1000.00 is non-refundable and must be submitted via pay order in favor of Allied Officers Division, National Defence University Islamabad. Additionally, bidders must submit a bank draft or pay order equivalent to 2% of their offer as earnest money in favor of Allied Officers Division, National Defence University Islamabad. Quoted rates must include GST and all other government taxes. Tender documents and item specifications can be obtained from the office between 09:00 am and 01:00 pm until 20 October 2026. Bids must reach the undersigned office by 09:00 am on 23 October 2026 and will be opened the same day at 10:00 am in the presence of authorized representatives. The tender document should be clearly marked on the envelope. Rates quoted shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the process. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids ensuring all required rates and documents are included to avoid disqualification. Timely submission and compliance with earnest money requirements are critical for consideration.
