Provision of Unit Furniture Against Deficiency for Garrison HQ Rawalpindi

HQ RG&SA Rawalpindi invites applications from contractors and firms listed on the approved list of QMG/Formation and Garrison Commander for furniture works. The specific work involves the provision of unit furniture against deficiency for Garrison HQ Rawalpindi as per Job No 1613 of 2026-27. The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 1,357,388/- with a completion period of two months. Items being procured: - Provision of Unit Furniture against Deficiency for Garrison HQ Rawalpindi The contractor or manufacturer must be on the approved list of Central, Provincial, PWD & Railway authorities and have broad-based furniture manufacturing setup. Interested firms must submit proof of their approved contractor status and details of furniture work carried out in the last two years. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 500/- in the form of Treasury Chalan is required. Requests for bidding/tender documents should be forwarded to the Garrison Furniture Yard on Humayun Road, Rawalpindi Cantt, as per the schedule. The bid submission deadline is 3rd November 2026 at 11:30 am, with bid opening on the same day at 12:00 pm.
