Tender Document
Tender Description
The Embassy of Pakistan in Bahrain invites bids for hiring professional and experienced security services from local security companies to ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, buildings, and assets at the Embassy premises located at Villa No. 35 & 33, Road No. 1901, Block 319, Hoora Al-Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Items being procured:
- Deployment of Two Security Guards in the Morning shift
- Deployment of One Security Guard in the Evening shift
The scope includes managing access control at entry and exit points, screening and registration of visitors, vehicles and staff, 24/7 perimeter surveillance using personnel and electronic systems, maintaining contact with local police, fire and emergency services, patrolling internal and external areas, monitoring CCTV systems, immediate response to security incidents, liaising with local authorities, providing rapid response teams, and assisting in evacuation procedures. Security guards must be well-trained, in proper uniform, equipped with metal detectors and handheld transceivers, and provide continuous coverage without gaps.
The contract duration is one year with an option to renew based on performance. Interested bidders must have proven experience providing security services to diplomatic missions or high-security facilities, provide proof of insurance including liability coverage, and comply with local laws and security standards. Bids must include technical and financial proposals submitted separately. The bid validity period is at least 120 days.
The bid opening will be held on 22nd October 2026 at 15:00 hours, with the submission deadline at 14:00 hours the same day. Payment will be made monthly upon submission of original tax invoices. The Embassy reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
Bidders are advised to ensure all documentation is complete and to submit bids under official seal and signature. One practical tip is to carefully prepare the technical proposal demonstrating compliance with all security requirements and experience with diplomatic missions, as this is a key evaluation criterion.
