Provisioning of Desktop Computer Workstation (Qty.01) at Air University Karachi Campus

Air University Karachi Campus invites sealed tenders for the provisioning of one Desktop Computer Workstation. This procurement is conducted under a single stage two envelopes bidding procedure. The tender requires bidders to submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer Workstation (Quantity: 01) The technical proposal must include company profile, bank statements for the last two years, bid security photocopy, descriptions and values of similar completed and ongoing projects, affidavit of not being blacklisted, and proof of registration with AGPR and Income Tax Department. The financial proposal should contain a priced bill of quantities and CDR or Pay Order as fixed earnest money. Tender documents are available from Air University starting 13 October 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement portal by 30 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Air University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the tender process in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules (2004). Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical documentation to meet all requirements and ensure timely submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification.
