Tender Description
THQ Hospital Daska invites bids for the procurement of framework and bulk contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of medical and general items essential for hospital operations in Daska, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Local Purchase of Medicine 15% (Day to Day) Framework
- Pathology Lab & Blood Bank items (Bulk Purchase)
- Supply & Installation of Hematology and Chemistry Analyzer on Regent basis (R&R)
- General Store items and Stationery items (Framework)
- IT Equipment (Framework)
- Radiology items, X-Ray Films Digital & Manual (Framework)
- Dental items (Framework)
- Bio Medical Gasses (Framework)
- Printing and Publications (Framework)
- Local purchase of medicine for Social Welfare Office Daska
The scope includes supply and installation of medical analyzers, provision of pathology and blood bank consumables, IT and radiology equipment, dental and biomedical gases, as well as general store and stationery items. The contracts are on a framework basis to ensure continuous supply throughout the financial year.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, pay order, or demand draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement system as per PPRA Rules 2024. No hard copies will be accepted.
