Public Improvement Works – Range Road (120W LED Street Lights with Poles), Ward No. 07

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Public Improvement Works at Range Road, Ward No. 07, Rawalpindi. This procurement is for the provision and installation of 120W LED street lights with poles, aimed at enhancing street lighting infrastructure in the area. Items being procured: - Excavation as in hard soil up to 1.5m depth (240 Cum) - Digging holes in ordinary soil and erection of galvanized single arm steel poles 10.792m high (50 Each) - Supply and fixing of electric LT PVC insulated cable, 25 mm², 4 core (1300 mtr) - Supply and fixing PVC conduit 40 mm dia (1300 mtr) - Supply and fixing twin core cable 2.5 mm² copper conductor (999 mtr) - Brackets for road/street/external light (35 Each) - MCCB, SP, 6 to 63 A, 6 KA breaking capacity (90 Each) - Supply and fixing of LED road street light, 120 Watts, 220-240 Volts, Premium (90 Each) The technical scope includes excavation, foundation works, cable laying, pole installation, and electrical fittings as per specifications. The work site is located at Range Road, Rawalpindi, Punjab. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC for relevant categories, possess valid FBR/NTN registration, and submit bid security in the form of Call at Deposit. Experience in similar works and financial capacity as per bidding documents are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, 01:00 PM.
