Tender Description

The National Telecommunication Corporation (National Telecom Corporation (NTC)) invites sealed bids for the supply of battery banks for its MSAG sites located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi Directorates. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the energy storage capacity at critical telecom infrastructure sites. Items being procured: - Battery Banks for Huawei F01D500 MSAG Cabinet, quantity 30 units - Battery Banks for Huawei F01T500 MSAG Cabinet, quantity 7 units - Battery Banks for Huawei Indoor Cabinet, quantity 11 units The battery banks must comply with detailed technical specifications including lithium-ion type, nominal voltage of 48 V DC, minimum capacity of 100 AH, backup duration of 8-10 hours at 10 AH system load, integrated battery management system (BMS), and safety certifications such as UL 1973, UL 1642, IEC 62133, CE, and UN38.3. Bidders must provide datasheets and compliance sheets confirming adherence to mandatory and optional technical clauses. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan's income tax and sales tax departments, have a backup support office in Islamabad, and must not have any business relations or technical assistance links with India or Israel. Experience in supplying telecom power equipment worth more than PKR 2 million is required, along with submission of relevant supply records and certificates of non-blacklisting. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Thursday, October 29, 2026, 10:30 AM**. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the Switching Division, 2nd Floor, NTC RHQs, F-5/1, Islamabad Capital Territory before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will be disqualified. This procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure all required documents, including bid security, company profile, GST & NTN certificates, and compliance sheets, are complete and signed.
