Tender Description
Sealed quotations are invited from registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and distributors who are also registered with Income Tax Departments having valid NTN and valid Drug License for the supply of anti-cancer medicine for Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, Zakat, and other miscellaneous program funded patients at Public Sector Hospital SINOR Swat on FOR-SINOR basis under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Items being procured:
- Purchase of anti-cancer medicine for Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal, Zakat and other miscellaneous program funded patients (quantity as per tender documents)
Complete and detailed specifications are available in the tender documents which can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer, SINOR, P.O. Box # 50, Swat during office timings from 0800 to 1400 hours (Monday to Saturday) except Friday (0800 to 1200 hours) on payment of tender documents fee (non-refundable) as Bank Draft in the name of SINOR Revenue Generated Account or cash deposited in SINOR Swat.
Tenders must reach before the opening date and time. The tender will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents who wish to attend. Tenders will be opened on the same date. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules.
Note: In case of any unplanned or unforeseen public holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the time mentioned above.
Bidders should ensure NTN, valid drug license, and registration with Income Tax Department. Earnest money and bid security details are in the tender documents. Submission and opening dates are critical and must be strictly followed. The tender fee is Rs. 1000. The procurement is for anti-cancer medicines to be supplied on FOR-SINOR basis at Swat.
