Tender Description
Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad is procuring binding materials through its Purchase & Store Section. This procurement is specifically for the supply of various binding items including hard board, German gillu, x-ray sheets, numbering machines, raxine in multiple colors, polythene, binding sheets and tapes, paper, binding thread, scissors, stapler pins, box board, pliers, needles, and other related materials. The items are required for different sections such as Meeting, Account, ICT Colleges, and Controller of Examination within the university campus.
The technical scope covers supply of quality binding materials as per samples and specifications provided by the university. Delivery must be free at the university campus in Islamabad. The tender requires submission of earnest money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 11,000) in the form of CDR or demand draft in favor of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3000 is also mandatory. Bidders must ensure their quotations remain valid for six months and comply with all terms including submission of affidavit of non-blacklisting and NTN/STN active registration on EPADS.
The tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the opening date and delivered to the Purchase & Store Officer by 11th February 2026 at 2:00 PM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the Committee Room, Admin Block, QAU. Late submissions will be rejected outright. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the tender instructions, especially regarding earnest money and document submission.
