Purchase of Different Kinds of Cloth Bags and Cloth Items

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Faisalabad invites bids from all Income and Sales Tax Registered firms for the purchase of different kinds of cloth items under the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Cloth Bags size 24" x 22" (Sky Blue Colour) Qty: 20000 - Cloth Bags size 24" x 22" (White Colour) Qty: 27000 - Cloth Bags size 1.5 x 1 Yard (White Colour) Qty: 600 - Cloth Bags size 26" x 21" (White Colour) Qty: 500 - Cloth Bags size 26" x 26" (Red Colour) Qty: 500 - Cloth for Binding (Red Colour) Qty: 5 Thaan - Cloth for Cleaning (Phalaline) Qty: 570 Meter The cloth bags are specified with detailed fabric composition including Reed, Pick, Warp, Weft, Polyester and Cotton percentages, and are stitched with sewing machine quality thread around three sides with best packing. Some bags include printing with black or red color. The cloth for binding and cleaning is specified with 1 meter width and 40 meter length. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rules using a single stage two envelope procedure. Participation through Punjab E-Procurement System portal is compulsory for all bidders. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online; hard copies will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the closing date at 11:30 AM on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal in the presence of the purchase committee and firm representatives. Earnest money in the form of 5% CDR is required to be submitted online as per Punjab E-Procurement System procedures in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Tender rates will be valid for 120 days from the last date of submission. Samples of cloth items must be provided at the time of technical bids.
