Purchase of Conference and Seminar Items for F.Y 2026-27

The National Accountability Bureau: NAB invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of conference and seminar items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference number P175299 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Items being procured include: - Table Calendars (400 quantity) - T-shirts Medium size with NAB logo and slogan (50 quantity) - T-shirts Large size with NAB logo and slogan (50 quantity) - Crystal Shields large size with NAB logo and slogan (20 quantity) - Wooden Shields large size with NAB logo and slogan (20 quantity) - Banners with NAB logo and slogan (200 quantity) - Moppies / streamers with NAB logo and slogan (200 quantity) - Female Wallets with NAB logo and slogan (100 quantity) - Certificate Folders (100 quantity) - Chief Guest Shield (1 quantity) - Leather Shields with NAB logo (30 quantity) - Gift Boxes with NAB logo (50 quantity) - Small Gift Boxes blank (100 quantity) The technical specifications require high-quality materials such as imported 100% pure cotton polo T-shirts, genuine cow leather wallets, and premium printing on calendars and shields. Installation of banners and streamers on roads and seminar halls is also included. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with valid NADRA CNIC/NICOP and FBR registrations (NTN and GSTN). Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The delivery location is PDA Commercial Complex, Block - III, Phase - V, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely submission of bids. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
