Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Director Livestock & Dairy Development Skardu invites bids for the procurement of essential feed items to support livestock and dairy development in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan. This tender is part of the Regular/Development Budget for the Financial Year 2026-27 and targets registered government contractors and firms with relevant experience and registration.

A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, amounting to Rs. 150,000 for dairy feed/fodder and Rs. 200,000 for poultry feeds, issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Deputy Director Livestock & Dairy Development Skardu.
The tender process follows a single stage two envelope basis with bid opening scheduled on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM for dairy feed/fodder and 12:00 PM for poultry feeds. The tender closing time is 10:00 AM on the same day. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without providing justification.
