Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Director Livestock & Dairy Development Skardu invites bids for the procurement of essential feed items to support livestock and dairy development in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan. This tender is part of the Regular/Development Budget for the Financial Year 2026-27 and targets registered government contractors and firms with relevant experience and registration.

The procurement includes purchase of dairy feed and fodder as well as poultry feeds, critical for sustaining livestock health and productivity in the region. Bidders must provide experience certificates, Form-C, valid registration, and bank statements covering the last twelve months from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory, amounting to Rs. 150,000 for dairy feed/fodder and Rs. 200,000 for poultry feeds, issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Deputy Director Livestock & Dairy Development Skardu.
The tender process follows a single stage two envelope basis with bid opening scheduled on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM for dairy feed/fodder and 12:00 PM for poultry feeds.
