Purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical & Disposable Items for FY 2026-27

District Health Authority Hafizabad invites electronic bids (Technical & Financial) for the purchase of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical & Disposable Items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for bulk local purchase through the Punjab e-Procurement System and is intended to supply health facilities and field activities under CEO and DHO(PS) offices of District Health Authority Hafizabad. Items being procured: - Drugs - Medicines - Surgical Items - Disposable Items The supply will be made on a free delivery basis to the consignee's end. Bidders must be registered with GST, Income Tax, PRA, and Punjab e-Procurement System pharmacies. The bidder must submit a bid for the entire quantity; partial bids will be rejected. Bidding documents containing specifications, terms, conditions, and quantities can be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Guarantee of 2% of the contract amount electronically via Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Supply must be completed within 14 days from the date of the work order, with a 2% penalty per month for late delivery. Eligibility requires compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of 2% bid security electronically. The last date for bid submission is 20.10.2026 up till 11:30 A.M, with bid opening at 12:00 P.M on the same day.
