Purchase of Electrochemical Work Station for Department of Chemistry

The University of Haripur in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from qualified and reputable firms registered with relevant Tax Authorities of the Government of Pakistan for the purchase of an electrochemical work station for the Department of Chemistry. Items being procured: - Electrochemical Work Station The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS electronic bidding system. Bidders must prepare their electronic bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submit them via EPADS on or before August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bidding documents are available to registered bidders on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted. The tender document submission requires the University tender document on top, followed by mandatory documents in sequential order, and then any other documents. Bidders must attach 2% of the total bid value as a refundable bank draft or call deposit in favor of the Treasurer, University of Haripur, along with the financial proposal. The bid opening will take place on August 27, 2026, at 10:30 AM in the Procurement Office of the University of Haripur. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA and PPRA rules. Any errors or omissions shall be subject to rectification by the University.
