Tender Description
Sindh Higher Education Commission Karachi is procuring furniture and fixture for its office located at 1st Floor, Institute of Engineers Pakistan (IEP) Building, Liaquat Barracks No. 177/2, Opposite SIUT Trust, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal. The procurement includes office tables with melamine and lamination board finishes, executive chairs with PU upholstery and recline locks, officer chairs with leatherette padded seats, and visitor chairs with fabric padded seats and metallic bases. The scope covers supply of these items in specified quantities and dimensions as per detailed technical specifications. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience with government or autonomous bodies, valid NTN and active tax payer certificates, GST/SST registration, professional tax certificate, and a minimum average turnover of PKR 20 million over the last three years. Bidders must also provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting and valid manufacturer authorization. The bid security is 5% of the bid value and performance security is 10%.
