Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Bahawalpur invites tenders for the purchase of various materials required for the General Printing Press for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is open to firms registered under Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Tax, and submissions must be made through the e-Procurement System.

The tender submission deadline is **16-09-2026 at 11:00am**. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-procurement system only. No physical submissions such as hand delivery, registered post, or courier will be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives.
Bid security at 5% of the total estimated cost must be submitted electronically as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-procurement. No physical financial instruments like CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted. Performance guarantees will be handled as per PITB/Punjab e-Procurement rules.
