A reputable public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax numbers for the purchase of different items and materials as detailed below for Kundian. Items being procured: - Recharging Air-Time (Top-up) of Satellite Phone - Industrial Computers (Server) - Industrial Computers and LCDs - Machine Protection System Cards - LV Cables - General Consumables - System Racks (Industrial Distributors) - Gasoline Generators - Standard Solutions for Oil Analysis - General Purpose High Pressure Hoses - Gland Seal, Turbine, Control Lines, Modification Material (Pipe with Accessories) - Flow Relays for WCP System - Switches, Push Buttons, Indicator and Metering - 6kV Diesel Generators - Heat Shrink Sleeves & Termination Kits - Electrical Spares for Modifications - Control Component for WCP Equipment - Spares for Hotplate (Heating element etc) - Spare Parts of 6kV Circuit Breakers - Terminal Blocks and Connectors for LV Motors and Panel - Spares Of Hydraulic Cylinder & Spares for WCP Hydraulic Butterfly Valve - Spares for Recirculation Valves of DFS System - Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve Actuator The procurement will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for most items. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except Saturday, Sunday and holidays upon submission of a written request duly supported with tender fee (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, PO Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments will not be accepted. No tenders will be sold on the opening day. Tenders will be received up to 13:00 hours on the closing date and will be opened the same day at 13:30 to 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
