Purchase of Lab Equipments, Rental Reagents Basis and Stationery Supplies Under Research Project

Khyber Medical University invites electronic bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized importers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of lab equipments, rental reagents on a rental basis, and stationery supplies for a research project. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules. Items being procured: - Lab Equipments - Rental Reagents on a rental basis - Stationery supplies All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition System (E-PADS) on or before 11:00 AM on 25/09/2026. Manual submissions or bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on 25/09/2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 09/09/2026 at 11:00 hours in the Director ORIC office. Bid security of 2% of the bid value in the shape of CDR in favor of the Director ORIC KMU must be uploaded on E-PADS and submitted in original before the opening of bids. Failure to submit the original bid security within the deadline will result in rejection of the bid(s). Only registered bidders on E-PADS are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
