Tender Description
Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore invites reputable bidders to submit E-Bids for the purchase of laboratory kits, reagents, and chemicals on a reagent rental basis (ROR) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Procurement System of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders must register on the E-Procurement System to be eligible and submit their bids online via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login.

- Coagulation Analyzer for PT, APTT & D-Dimer, Fibrinogen, Full Automation
- CLIA Fully Automatic System
- ABGs Analyzer
- Automatic Standard Urine Analyzer
- Automatic Hematology Analyzer (CBC 3-Part Differential)
- Automatic Hematology Analyzer with auto loader (CBC 5-Part Differential)
The scope includes supply of advanced laboratory equipment and reagents on reagent rental basis ensuring full automation and reliable performance for clinical diagnostics. The tender requires bidders to provide 2% bid security of the quoted items as earnest money. The bidding process follows a single stage, two envelope procedure as per PPRA rules.
