It should be clear of high power transmission lines, gas lines, water courses, and other hazards. Ownership must be clear of litigation and encumbrances, with all necessary documentation including CNIC, NICOP, POC, tax payer status, and no objection certificates from relevant authorities. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS portal by 2nd November 2026 at 12:00 pm. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm at NADRA RHO Karachi conference hall. Eligibility requires valid ownership documents, approved maps, site plans, and tax receipts. Affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper certifying free title and no government debarment are mandatory. No brokerage or service charges will be paid. Manual bids will not be accepted. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
