Purchase of Laparoscope 2DK for Public Sector General Hospital Jauharabad

The Public Sector General Hospital located at Girote Chowk, Jauharabad invites sealed tenders on a single stage two envelope basis from eligible and authorized distributors, reputed firms, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The procurement is for one unit of Laparoscope 2DK on FOR Jauharabad basis. Items being procured: - Laparoscope 2DK (Qty: 1) Tender documents along with terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 payable via pay order or demand draft in favor of Head LAO, Public Sector General Hospital, Girote Chowk Jauharabad must be submitted with the technical proposal. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the bidding amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Head LAO, PAEC General Hospital, Jauharabad must be attached with the technical offer in a separate sealed envelope. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders. The technical scope includes supply of the laparoscope with all required accessories and compliance with hospital standards. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience in supplying medical equipment.
