The equipment must comply with international laboratory and electrical safety standards (IEC/CE or equivalent). Eligibility criteria require bidders to have at least 3 years of verifiable experience, valid FBR registration, minimum average annual turnover of Rs 100 million, and prior experience in importing laboratory equipment with satisfactory completion certificates. A bid security of Rs 5 million and a performance bond of 5% of contract price are mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be considered. The deadline for submission is within 7 days of publication, with bid opening and evaluation as per SPPRA rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
