Purchase of Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable Items for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital

Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals Sahiwal invites bids from PPRA-registered, income tax and sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable Items specifically for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital Sahiwal for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), through the Punjab e-Procurement System / PPRA. Items being procured: - Medical Devices - Surgical Disposable Item (Auto Disable Syringe 10cc with needle) The procurement involves supply of high-quality medical and surgical disposable items essential for hospital operations. Eligibility criteria include valid PPRA registration, NTN/STRN certificates, and submission of bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA or any procuring agency. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope, Two-Stage Bidding process as per Rule 38(2)(b) of PPR 2014.
