Tender Description
Services Hospital Lahore invites bids from eligible firms registered on Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase of medical equipment under the ADP Scheme for the establishment of Punjab Institute of Diabetes and Endocrinology at Services Hospital Lahore for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured:
- Medical Equipment as per detailed list provided in bidding documents
The bidding documents contain detailed specifications and terms and conditions in English and are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including FBR and Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 29-10-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The bidders who have offered bids must attend the Committee Room, Basement Surgical Block, Services Hospital Lahore for bid opening. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the same venue. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System website within 05 days and will be considered as addendum.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System and to carefully upload all required documents including bid security to avoid disqualification. Early preparation and compliance with the technical bid requirements will improve chances of success.
