Tender Description
The Services Hospital Lahore invites bids from eligible firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase of medical equipment under the ADP Scheme for the up-gradation of the State of the Art Gastroenterology Center for the year 2026-2027. Items being procured:
- Microscope (Qty: 1)
- Esophageal & Anorectal Manometry and PH Studies Gastroesophageal High Resolution Solid State Manometry (Qty: 1)
- Fibroscan with M & XL Probe (Qty: 1)
- Spyglass DS System + Autolith System Autolith Touch System (Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy System) (Qty: 1)
The procurement includes advanced medical devices with specific certifications as per PVMS and dual certification requirements. The equipment will be used to enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities at the gastroenterology center within Services Hospital Lahore. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with relevant tax authorities. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each item. Technical and financial bids will be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding documents and detailed specifications are available for download from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.
The deadline for e-bid submission is 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the committee room of Services Hospital Lahore.
