Purchase of Medicine for Mobile Medical Care Unit (MMCU) and Basic Health Clinic (BHC), Dasu

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites qualified individual firms or companies to submit quotations for the purchase of medicine for the Mobile Medical Care Unit (MMCU) and Basic Health Clinic (BHC) located in Dasu, District Kohistan Upper. This procurement is conducted under the World Bank Shopping Procedure as per the World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, September 2023. Items being procured: - Medicine for Mobile Medical Care Unit (MMCU) - Medicine for Basic Health Clinic (BHC) Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must hold a valid Drug License from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) or relevant drug regulatory authority. The Request for Quotation document in English can be obtained free of cost from the office address or downloaded from www.dasuhpp.com. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes with a Bid Security of PKR 150,000 in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. Sealed quotations clearly marked with the tender title should be delivered to the Office of General Manager/Project Director, Dasu Hydropower Project, WAPDA, Chuchang Colony Dasu by 28th September 2026 up to 1200 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
