Supply of Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, and Miscellaneous Items to Special Investment Facilitation Council Division Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC) Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply and provision of items and services for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS by 20.10.2026 before 11:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled the same day at 11:30 AM. Items being procured: - Office Stationery items (Lot 1) - Computer Stationery items (Lot 2) - Miscellaneous items (Lot 3) The procurement includes supply of various stationery items categorized into three lots. Each lot requires a call deposit of Rs. 200,000. The bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available for registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Original bid security instruments must be submitted to the Deputy Director (General), SIFC Islamabad before bid closing. Cheques are not accepted. Rates quoted must remain valid until 30th June 2027 and should be in Pakistani Rupees only. Income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. GST and AGPR vendor numbers must be clearly stated on tender documents; otherwise, bids will not be entertained. Firms must deliver all items within two days from the date of purchase or supply order and provide Income and Sales Tax Registration Certificates with an active taxpayer proforma. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. Bidders should carefully prepare their bids in accordance with the instructions and ensure timely submission through EPADS.
