Purchase of Miscellaneous Items, Goods, Engineering Services, Stores for FY 2026-27

Headquarters 5 Artillery Brigade invites reputed firms to submit sealed tenders for the purchase of miscellaneous items, goods, engineering services, and stores for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes provision of stores, services, transportation, printing of books, brochures, training aids, and media films. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Items - Goods - Engineering Services - Stores - Transportation - Printing of books and brochures - Training aids - Media films Firms must be registered with FBR Department/SECP and cleared by military intelligence. Active sales tax/NTN and PEC registration are mandatory. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government institute or organization. The quoted rates must be valid up to 30 June 2027 and inclusive of all government taxes such as GST and income tax. Quotations must be submitted on proper letterhead with firm stamp and signature. Late quotations will not be considered. The tender will be received by 29-10-2026 up to 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 12:00 PM in presence of authorized representatives. The tender is also available on the PPRA website. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender on technical or administrative grounds under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. Tender expiry date is from 13-10-2026 to 29-10-2026. For bidders, ensure your quotation strictly follows the specifications and samples provided.
