Procurement of Spares and Equipment for SCO Rawalpindi

Special Communications Organization (SCO) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of various spares and equipment required for the maintenance and operation of its telecommunication and IT infrastructure in Rawalpindi. This tender is open to all firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - O&M Spv SLA Spares for MW Network - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of OFC - Consumable Spares for Maintenance of Transmission Systems - Consumable Spares for Access & Spares for Distance and Transmission Systems - Miscellaneous Items (Test Equipment, OFC & Splicing machines) - OFC Route Patrolling Cost Equipment - Spares for Power Systems (Support Systems) - SFP/ER-Air Spares - Layout Hybrid System (Power Spares) The technical scope covers a wide range of telecommunication and IT-related spares, including but not limited to microwave network components, optical fiber cable consumables, transmission system parts, test and splicing equipment, power system spares, and hybrid system components. All items must meet the technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the SCO office or downloaded from the official website. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified in the tender documents in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order. Only firms with relevant experience and technical capacity will be considered. The deadline for submission of bids is 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the SCO office in Rawalpindi. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
