Purchase of Office Stationery Items for Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi Financial Year 2026-2027

All items shall be purchased on quoted rates valid up to 30.06.2027. The technical scope requires supplies to meet approved specifications and samples as per the Drawing & Procurement Committee (DPC). Bidders must provide company profiles, tax returns for the last two years, CNICs of proprietors/partners/directors, NTN, sales tax registration and ATL status, affidavits declaring no blacklisting or litigation, and relevant experience certificates for the last three years. A Pay Order of Rs. 200,000/- as bid security in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, RTO Rawalpindi, must be submitted before bid opening. Incomplete bids will not be considered.
