Purchase of parts for Repair of Hydronic Heating System (Make MOTON/Baykan, Romina Capacity: 24 KW/31 KW)

The International Islamic University, Islamabad Campus (IIUI) is procuring parts for the repair of Hydronic Heating Systems with makes MOTON and Baykan having capacities of 24 KW and 31 KW respectively. This procurement is specific to the Islamabad Capital Territory and is managed by the Assistant Director Admin Block at the New Campus, Sector H-10. The procurement follows the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bidder is responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of all supplied parts to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any defective or non-compatible parts must be replaced at no additional cost. A minimum warranty/guarantee is required as per standard practice. The delivery location is the Admin Block, New Campus, Sector H-10, Islamabad Capital Territory with a delivery schedule of 15 days. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant PEC categories, FBR registration, and experience with similar projects of minimum PKR 5 million.
