Purchase of Plants and Roadside Plantation Maintenance at Chakwal and Talagang

The Deputy Conservator of Forest Chakwal invites bids from firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding valid licenses in category C-5 with relevant tax and revenue certificates for the purchase of plants and maintenance of roadside plantations during the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers multiple lots including purchase of plants, roadside planting, and maintenance works across Chakwal and Talagang areas. Items being procured: - Lot No. 01: Purchase of Plants, 10,845 plants - Lot No. 02: Roadside planting at Talagang - Kallar Kahar Choa Road, Tarhada Multan Khurd Road and That Pail Road (54 Av.Km) - Lot No. 03: Sohawa Mianwali Road KM No. 154 to 170 & Talagang Pall Road KM No. 35 to 40 (88 Av.Km) - Lot No. 04: Sohawa Mianwali Road KM No. 169 to 176 & Talagang Pall Road KM No. 27 to 35 (39 Av.Km) - Lot No. 05: Sohawa Mianwali Road KM No. 173 to 176 (New Work 15 Av.Km) - Lot No. 06: Maintenance of Nurseries (Chakwal, Dulha and Talagang) - 200,000 P.B Plants The scope includes hand watering of plants with tanker and bowzer, re-opening of pits, weeding, employment of labor for planting, store and repair contingencies, spraying, fixing for straitening of plants, and escalation charges. The work involves extensive roadside plantation and nursery maintenance to enhance greenery and beautification of district complexes. Eligible bidders must have PEC registration for 2026-27, valid FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority certificates, and must submit earnest money as per government procedure. Bids will be received through Punjab E-Procurement portal until 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Chakwal. Financial bids will be opened after 5 days of technical evaluation. Bidders should ensure all documents including bank guarantees and valid certificates are uploaded item-wise. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your nursery has successfully established at least 100 Av. Km roadside plantation as this will be preferred and considered for financial bid evaluation.
