Supply of Mango Germplasm (13 Varieties x 20 Plants Each) for Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab

Mango Research Institute Multan has allocated budget under the ADP scheme titled PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT IN MANGO SECTOR OF PUNJAB for the supply of Mango Germplasm. This procurement is aimed at improving mango production through the provision of quality planting material in Multan. Items being procured: - Mango Germplasm (13 Varieties x 20 Plants of each variety), total 260 Plants The scope includes supply of 260 plants representing 13 mango varieties with 20 plants each. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and only authorized dealers or general order suppliers registered on the portal will be eligible to participate. No physical bids or bids outside Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted. Bidders must submit bid security online through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement regulations. The bidding process follows the Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (amended). Complete bids must be submitted online on or before Tuesday, October 06, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Old Shujabad Road, Multan. Eligibility requires NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates with the bid. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Bids not complying with requirements or submitted by other than the specified mode will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot.
