Supply of Grass Landscaping and Plantation at PAS Campus Academy Lahore

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed Nurseries with relevant work experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax departments for the procurement of plants at PAS Campus Academy Lahore. The procurement is to supply grass landscaping and plantation as per detailed specifications in the bidding documents. Items being procured: - Supply of Grass Landscaping and Plantation at PAS Campus Academy Lahore The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding on a single stage two envelope basis via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Bidders must submit their bids online by 13-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Only firms registered with relevant tax authorities and having relevant experience are eligible. Earnest money of Rs. 117,778/- is required as bid security. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee/security up to 10% of the work order amount in the form of CDR in favor of the Managing Director, Horticulture Agency Lahore. The procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items shall be supplied at the Horticulture Agency Lahore head office within the stipulated time period mentioned in the purchase order. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or increase/decrease the quantity by 15% without prior notice. Bidders are advised to carefully read the bidding documents and upload their bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Late submissions will not be accepted. The Horticulture Agency Lahore will not be responsible for any issues related to the e-Procurement portal.
