Supply of Stationery, Printing, Chemicals and Disposable Items for Khyber Medical College Peshawar

Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax and reflected on Active Tax Payer (ATL) list of FBR, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit bids via EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the supply of the following items for the financial year 2026-27 in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Stationery & Printing Items - Chemicals/kits and Disposable items The procurement is under Single Stage Single Envelope method. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs 50,000 for Stationery & Printing Items and Rs 100,000 for Chemicals/kits and Disposable items. The bid security must be submitted from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Suppliers Contractors Security Deposit, KMC, Peshawar. Bidders shall upload scanned copies of their bids on EPADS on or before the closing date and time, 06-10-2026 till 11:00 AM (PST). Original CDR must be submitted to the office of the Dean/Assistant Manager Procurement, Khyber Medical College Peshawar on or before the closing date and time. Bids without earnest money on EPADS will not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (PST). Eligibility requires registration with FBR, ATL listing, and EPADS registration. Registration with KPRA is mandatory where applicable. Bids accompanied by Pay Order (PO) shall be rejected. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your EPADS registration is active and all mandatory documents including bid security are uploaded correctly before the deadline to avoid disqualification. This procurement is governed by the rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA).
