Purchase of Solid Waste Storage Containers for WSSCM

Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) invites sealed e-tenders through EPADS from suppliers, manufacturers, general order suppliers, and firms with relevant experience in supplying Solid Waste Storage Containers. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Taxes and have active status on ATL for all applicable taxes. The procurement is titled 'Purchase of Solid Waste Storage Containers for WSSCM'. Items being procured: - Purchase of Solid Waste Storage Containers for 35 WSSCM (2nd Time) The procurement follows KPPRA procurement rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 23rd October 2026 at 03:00 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders must ensure proper pagination and sequencing of bidding documents. The Procurement Committee may require original physical bid documents for verification. A 2% bid security of the total quoted amount is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSC Mardan. The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Mayar Road Near New Police Lines Mardan before the bid submission deadline, clearly mentioning the tender title and bidder details. Failure to submit original bid security will result in rejection as per KPPRA rules. Bid documents must be stamped and signed by an authorized person. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duties, and taxes will be recovered as per government directives. Any disfiguring, overwriting, or manipulation in the tender will lead to rejection. Incomplete or conditional bids are not acceptable. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with reasons communicated upon request.
