Tender Description
The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, through its Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for a Pre-Qualification Re-Tender for Repair Maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is open to GST holders, firms, and vendors who meet the eligibility criteria. Items being procured include:
- Transportation of Goods
- Conference / Seminar / Workshop
- Exhibition, Fair and Others
- Machinery Items (AC, Lift, Photocopier Machine, Generator Repair & Maintenance)
- Repair of Office Buildings
The scope covers repair and maintenance services for machinery and office infrastructure at the Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh. Bidders must have at least 3 years of relevant experience with government departments and be registered with FBR, included in the active taxpayer list. Earnest money in the form of a refundable pay order or bank draft of Rs. 50,000 is required for each category. Payment will be made through AGPR cheque after bill receipt and completion of official procedures. All proposals must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes. The government will deduct taxes as per applicable laws.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the office for Rs. 1000. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Tender Documents' at the office address. The last date for submission is 21 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening on the same day in the presence of firm representatives. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules-2004. Required documents include FBR registration certificates for SST & NTN and a certificate of no litigation against the firm/company.
