Tender Description
The Ministry of Maritime Affairs in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of a comprehensive range of stationary, computer stationary, miscellaneous items, and IT equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P82915 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
Items being procured include a wide variety of office supplies and IT equipment such as attendance registers, ACR paper in different colors, ballpoint and uni ball pens, binding sheets and clips, calculators, clip files, folders, diaries, envelopes in various sizes and colors, erasers, file flappers, flags, glue sticks, highlighters, ink pens and refills, lead pencils, markers, meeting boards and name plates, paper clips, paper cutters, paper punches, pen holders, registers, staplers and pins, stock registers, table sets, thermos flasks, tissue papers, towels, air fresheners, batteries, coat hangers, insect killing sprays, door mats, furniture polish, hand sanitizers, office remote bells, cleaning tablets, soap, waste baskets, wipers, shopping bags, detergents, circuit breakers, LED lights, electric kettles, printer toners (original and compatible for various HP and Konica Minolta models), cables and connectors, USB drives, keyboards, mice, laptops, desktops, glass cleaners, wireless access points, and SSD hard drives.
The technical specifications require items to be of fine quality, branded or equivalent, with some items requiring original manufacturer certification such as printer toners. Delivery is to be made to the 8th Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad within 27 days of contract award.
Eligibility criteria include having a proper outlet with warehouse preferably in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, FBR/NTN registration, and compliance with all bidding document requirements. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure timely registration on the platform. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM via EPADS. The Ministry reserves the right to reject all bids and to vary quantities by up to 15% at the time of award. A grievance redressal committee is in place as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
