Purchase of Stationary, General Items, PVC Label, Resin Ribbon, Tonners and Printing Items

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad is procuring Purchase of Stationary, General Items, PVC Label, Resin Ribbon, Tonners and printing items under a Three (03) Years Framework Agreement. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and its regional offices including Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Bahawalpur and Lahore. Items being procured: - Stationary - General Items - PVC Label - Resin Ribbon - Tonners - Printing Items The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended) using a Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. The Framework Agreement will be valid for three years from the date of signing and will operate on an as-and-when-required basis through issuance of Call-Off Purchase Orders. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Technical Proposal includes company profile, NTN/GST certificates, bid security, experience details, technical compliance, delivery capability, affidavit of non-blacklisting, and bank statement. The Financial Proposal must contain completed price schedule, unit rates, taxes, delivery charges, and total quoted amount. Eligible bidders must be legally registered firms with valid NTN and GST registration, not blacklisted, and have relevant experience in supplying the listed items. The bid security is PKR 1,000,000 and performance security is 10% of contract value. The minimum qualifying score for technical evaluation is 70 out of 100 marks.
