Purchase of Stationary, Printing & Publication, Computer Stationary, Others, and Cost of Other Stores under Framework Contract

The Industries, Commerce & Investment Department of the Government of the Punjab in Lahore invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules) for the purchase of goods under a framework contract on a package/lot wise basis. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and PRA. The bidding documents for the following goods can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and the department's website https://icid.punjab.gov.pk/procurement. Items being procured: - Stationary (Bid Amount Rs. 14,000,000) - Printing & Publication (Bid Amount Rs. 10,000,000) - Computer Stationary (Bid Amount Rs. 14,000,000) - Others (Bid Amount Rs. 10,000,000) - Cost of Other Stores (Bid Amount Rs. 11,000,000) The total estimated cost is Rs. 59,000,000 with a 5% bid security requirement. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System before 31.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the estimated price in the form of CDR through online payment via I BILL. The bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders wishing to attend the opening may do so in the Committee Room of IC & I Department, Old P&D Building 2-Bank Road, Lahore. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Section Officer (General), IC & I Department from 17.08.2026 to 25.08.2026 during working days (three days before closing date) between 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bid validity will remain for 120 days after submission. The department reserves the right to reject all bids or scrap the bidding process at any time before award under PPRA laws.
